Firing guns/rockets

Some people are experiencing problems with firing the guns and rockets.

IMPORTANT: The joystick button, mouse button or keyboard key combination must be set to: CABIN ALERT SEAT BELTS ON/OFF event.

To fire the guns, you need to:

1. Click the MASTER ARM switch to the ON position.
2. Click on the ARMAMENT CONTROL KNOB until it points at the GUN label.
3. Click on the GUN FIRING switch until it points to the READY position.
4. Click on the joystick button.

To fire the rockets you need to:

For the T-2A/B/C models:
1. Click the MASTER ARM switch to the ON position.
2. Click on the ARMAMENT CONTROL KNOB until it points downwards to either 1, 2 or 1&2. This select which station will fire.
3. Click on the GUN FIRING switch until it points to the READY position.
4. Click on the joystick button.

For the T-2D/E models:
1. Click the MASTER ARM switch to the ON position.
2. Click on the RELEASE SELECTOR until it points at ROCKETS.
3. Click on the ARMAMENT CONTROL KNOB to select the station that you want to use (1 to 6 or any pair).
4. Click on the joystick button.

I hope this is clear

Also, valued customers, it´s always wise to read the manual:

I read the manual and your post and followed it explicitly, including assigning the CABIN ALERT - SEATBELT event to both a keyboard key and a Flightstick button, and still the guns do not shoot. What's the indication of guns shooting - fire out the barrels and tracers arcing away? Doesn't happen. Am I out of bullets? How does one reload (or is it like the Lone Ranger; you never run out)? Is there some "gotcha" I'm overlooking? Otherwise, love the airplane.
